Mr. Jasbir Singh is the Board Member of IL JIN Electronics. Mr. Jasbir Singh holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial production and a master’s in business administration and carries over 25 years of experience in consumer durables and electronics manufacturing. He was awarded the honour of ‘Man of Appliances’ by CEAMA (Consumer Electronics and Appliances Manufacturers Association) in 2018 for his remarkable contribution towards the progression of the Indian Appliances industry.
He also serves on several industry bodies, enabling advocacy for the industry’s growth.
Mr. Daljit Singh is the Board Member and the co-promoter of the company.
Mr. Singh played an instrumental role towards the company’s transformational growth on multiple fronts, including customer acquisitions, strategic developments, production expansion, geographic & capacity expansion, product innovation and diversification into new business segments. Under the astute/illustrious leadership, the company seamlessly acquired, integrated, and substantially scaled up multiple in-organic growth opportunities for Amber Group.
Over the past decade, he has enabled operational excellence, technological advancements, new product lineups, and continuous innovation. Owing to his keen interest, he spearheads the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) way forward path and adoption into the group. He holds bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering & master’s degree in information technology.
Mr. Sanjay Kumar Arora is the Whole-time Director of IL JIN Electronics.
He played a pivotal role towards laying a blueprint and execution of EMS biz for Amber Group. Under his leadership the Electronics Division achieved new scales and established itself as a leading player in the EMS industry. He enabled the entry of EMS division into newer segments and adding many new customers.
He also played an important role in entering the PCB business with the acquisition of Ascent Circuits. He continues to spearhead the Electronics Division, driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
Mr. Arora is a results-driven Electrical Engineer specialising in Electronics and Television Technology, with four decades of experience in leading Indian and multinational companies, like Onida, LG, and Amber Group. Proven track record of excellence in manufacturing, after-sales service, sales, and greenfield projects. Awardee of the prestigious “Productivity Man of the Year” award among all LG Electronics subsidiaries.
Mr. Hyun Chul Sim was appointed to the Board as a Director of our Company on 1st September 2005.
Mr. Hyun Chul Sim holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
He has more than 22 years of experience manufacturing Printed Circuit Boards.
He is serving the Board of the Company since 1 September 2005. He has played an instrumental role in the growth of IL JIN.
