Mr. Jasbir Singh was inducted as a member of the Board w.e.f.  21 December 2017.

Professional Qualification

He holds Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering (Industrial Production) from Karnataka University and Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Hull, United Kingdom.

Professional Experience

Mr. Jasbir Singh is serving on the Board of Amber Enterprises India Limited (“Amber”), the Holding company since 1 October 2004. He has Been serving the Board of Amber since 1st October 2004, he was appointed as whole-time director of Amber w.e.f 16 May 2023.

Mr. Jasbir Singh is having more than 21 years of experience in the RAC & B2B manufacturing sector. He has played an Instrumental role in driving growth through organic and in organic acquisitions.

He has been awarded with a title of “Man of Appliances” by Consumer Electronics & Appliances Manufacturers Association (“CEAMA”).

Mr. Daljit Singh

Director

Mr. Daljit Singh was inducted as a Member of Board w.e.f 4 December 2017.

Educational Qualifications
He holds bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from Nagpur University and Master’s degree in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

 
Professional Experience

Mr. Daljit Singh has been serving the Board of Amber Enterprises India Limited (“Amber), the holding Company since 1 January 2008 and he has been serving as Managing Director of Amber since 25 August 2017

His leadership skills and meticulous attention to execution, enabled the Company towards operational excellence, technological advancements, new product line up, and continuous innovation.   

He has in-depth knowledge and wide experience of 17 years, in the industry.

Mr. Sanjay Kumar Arora

Whole Time Director

Ms. Sanjay Kumar Arora has been inducted as a member of Board w.e.f 15 May 2023.

Educational Qualifications
He holds an electrical engineer with specialisation in electronics and television technology from the YMCA Institute of Engineering, Faridabad.

Professional Experience
He has been associated with our Company since July 23, 2012 and has more than 37 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. He is responsible for the Electronics Division of Amber currently comprising of ILJIN Electronics and EVER Electronics. He is also responsible for heading innovation, security and legal matters of our Company.

 

Mr. Hyun Chul Sim

Director

Mr. Hyun Chul Sim was appointed on the Board as a Director of our Company on 1st September 2005.

Professional Qualification
Mr. Hyun Chul Sim holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering.

Professional Experience
He is having more than 22 years of experience in the manufacturing of Printed Circuit Board.

He is serving the Board of the Company since 1 September 2005. He has played an instrumental role in the growth of IL JIN.
